Why we chose Gelato di Natura ice creams



At La Parisienne, we love making things ourselves. Our breads, our viennoiseries, our pastries: everything is prepared in our laboratory, with great care and with ingredients we truly choose ourselves.


But when it comes to ice cream, it is different.


Today, we do not yet have the necessary equipment to produce our own ice creams in the right conditions. Making truly good ice cream requires precise equipment, know-how, space, time, and above all, consistent quality. We could have simply chosen the first ice creams we found, but that was not possible for us.


Even when a product is not made by us, it still has to match what we want to offer our customers.


That is why we took a lot of time to find the right ice creams. We wanted a company that shared our values: simple, good, natural products, with real attention given to the ingredients and the taste.

After a lot of research, we chose Gelato di Natura.


Gelato di Natura offers authentic Italian ice cream, made using an artisanal method.


What we especially liked was their way of working:

100% natural.

No artificial colours.

No artificial flavours.

No preservatives.

No palm oil.


We also liked the fact that their ice creams are not made to look simply “pretty” or “industrially perfect”. They have that generous, indulgent and natural side that we were looking for at La Parisienne.


Of course, these ice creams are not made in our laboratory. And we prefer to be completely transparent with you about that. But if we decided to offer them in our bakery, it is because they match the way we see things: choosing good products, respecting quality, and never offering something just “to sell”.
