Our natural sourdough breads
All our breads are made with natural sourdough and benefit from a long fermentation, respecting the rhythm of bread and artisanal know-how.
This slow process allows the aromas to fully develop and gives our breads an authentic, slightly tangy and very fragrant taste.
Thanks to this natural fermentation, our breads are more digestible, promote the proper functioning of the intestinal flora and improve the assimilation of nutrients.
They also keep longer, without requiring additives or preservatives.
