Each loaf of bread tells a story: that of artisanal know-how passed down with passion and a deep attachment to quality ingredients.

Our breads are entirely handmade in our workshop in Sonvilier, using traditional methods that respect fermentation and baking times. We carefully select high-quality Swiss flours and ingredients from local producers, guaranteeing authentic flavors and an incomparable taste.

Every day, we shape and bake our breads with care and precision, to offer you a wide selection of breads with unique textures and aromas. From crusty baguettes to long-aged sourdough loaves, and including multigrain specialties, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse assortment, true to our commitment to craftsmanship and quality.

Our naturally leavened breads

All our breads are made with natural sourdough and benefit from a long fermentation, respecting the rhythm of the bread and artisanal know-how.

This slow process allows the aromas to fully develop and gives our breads an authentic, slightly tangy and very fragrant taste.

Thanks to this natural fermentation, our breads are more digestible, promote the proper functioning of the intestinal flora and improve the assimilation of nutrients.

They also last longer, without the need for additives or preservatives.

Each batch is the result of patient work, to offer you a healthy, tasty and vibrant bread.
